Which documents are required for an application?

In order to process your application as quickly as possible, please send us the following documents in PDF format:

Cover letter
detailed curriculum vitae (with month details/indication of position/list of tasks/location/use of tools)
doctoral degree certificate, if applicable
Diploma/Master’s degree certificate as well as Vordiplom/Bachelor’s degree certificate with listing of (individual) grades of the specialization subjects
Abitur certificate or equivalent
If applicable, employer’s reference
Certificates and awards, if applicable

Can I also send you an unsolicited application?

If you do not identify a suitable position for you, you are welcome to send us an unsolicited application. To do so, please select reference number 234.

Can I apply for several positions at the same time?

Yes, you are welcome to apply for several positions. To do so, enter the relevant reference number in the online applicant portal.

How does the application process work for you?

When we receive an application, we check it for a possible fit with our current positions. If the profile matches these positions, we discuss the next steps in a telephone interview.

How can I apply to you?

You can apply to us by e-mail or via our applicant portal. You will find the e-mail address of the responsible recruiter in our job postings.

It is preferable to apply online using the “Apply online now” button in the respective job advertisement, as you can also make settings regarding data protection here. In our online applicant portal, simply enter your contact details, your professional focus and other key data and upload your complete application documents (see above).

How long does the application process take?

The duration of the entire application process varies greatly depending on the requirements. Our goal is to review your documents as quickly as possible, and you will help us by ensuring that they are complete. You should receive a confirmation of receipt immediately. You will usually receive initial qualified feedback on your application after 2 weeks at the latest.

No, our placement service is free of charge for you.
